SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
This policy outlines the procedures for processing, shipping, and returning orders placed through our online store. Any capitalized terms not defined here will have the meanings assigned to them in the Terms of Service.
SHIPPING POLICY
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please complete the Contact Us form within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you quickly. If the error is confirmed, we’ll gladly replace or refund the affected item at no cost to you.
- Fulfillment Time: Our warehouse aims to fulfill orders within 2-5 business days, with delivery times varying depending on location and shipping methods.
- Shipping Costs: Costs vary based on product type, quantity, and destination. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery Times: Shipping times are estimates and don’t include production time. Estimated shipping time will be calculated during checkout. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Freethink Media is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
- Damages: Freethink Media is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
ORDER ISSUES & DEFECTS

LOST PACKAGES
If your package appears lost or is not delivered, please reach out to us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. If an order is returned due to an insufficient or incorrect address, you will be responsible for any reshipment costs once we confirm the updated address.
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If a package is unclaimed and returned to us, you will be responsible for any reshipment costs. Unclaimed returns that remain unresolved for 30 days may be donated to charity.
RETURN POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Because every product is printed specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind. Please review size charts and order details carefully before purchasing.
INTERNATIONAL & EU CUSTOMERS
- For customers in the EU: Due to the customized nature of our products, right of withdrawal may not apply under Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
- For customers in Brazil: You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order by contacting customer service and providing photos of the item for evaluation. If the item has been used or damaged, a refund may not be possible.
