You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional reshipment fees.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Because each product is made-to-order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
